Adeptus Mechanicus Bloodthirster
I built this guy to represent a Bloodthirster for the Lost and the Damned cult army I put together. The theme for the army was an Adeptus Mechanicus army. I just used the cult rules so I could put together some really fun conversions to represent the odd things that they could field. To make it as realistic a representation as possible I did my best to incorporate things that would display its capabilities without actually using any daemon parts. This guy was made from a penitent engine, some inquisitor weapon sprues, some ork dread parts, some tau drones and a whole lot of green stuff. the colors I went for were the typical reds associated with the Adeptus Mechanicus but I added my standard green/black wash that I put together on all the silver areas both to make the metal look older and to compliment the red colors that comprise so much of the army.
