Artemis

Hey all, this is Hasslefrees excellent 28mm Artemis miniature that I recently painted to get back into the painting "groove" for GD. I tried to give it a semi-historical feel by keeping to plain leather and bronze with a bit of weathering using paint and pigment. The base was "painted" with MIG pigments. This was also an oppertunity for me to try out my new light tent (an adapted version from licams tutorial) and Wargriffons GIMP article. I very much enjoyed painting her, and I think she came out pretty well. Thanks for voting and commenting, Squig

overall great work young man... Your not old enough to look at naked ladies.. That aside I think a couple of areas could do with a little more contrast on the skin a little more shadow to define the shapes a little . The metals are great but dude sort out that left leg.. The grain of whatever it is and the mould line near the ankle straps .,, looking forward to seeing what you do for GD
