Warhammer 40k Maugan Ra
When I read the fluff on this character, I tried to do some unique things to the mini to represent the darkness of the character's story. I attempted to make certain parts of him almost translucent, to enhance that whole "Harvester of Souls" theme. I used a lot of unusual color combinations. While I kept things as subtle as possible for most of the mixtures, there were a few that I wanted to stand out, and create interest.
