Nice idea + conversion work: 6, sloppy paintwork: 4. So it' s a solid TT mini. The blurry pic makes it hard to figure out if there are any highlights at all. If there is any shading and highlights work on your photo techniques, otherwise improve your highlighting and shadowing.
