The face on this guy is incredible! Excellent work. The killerflaw on him is the gold armor, it looks very rough. Try to smooth it out like you did on the cloak and face. The face itself is worth a 8 BTW. :)
Very nice work on the face and cloak. The NMM on the armor looks a little harsh. The biggest thing against the job is the basing. THe basing looks like you just glued some oversized ballast on without even painting it. I would remove that base and try again.
