Inquisitor Coteaz

This miniature was completed from base metal to varnish in seven hours, using the recently published painting guide in White Dwarf. The only alteration to this guide was the mini's skintone, which I felt looked better darker, to contrast the light metallics of the armour. Overall this was a joy to paint and looks excellent when grouped with the other mini's from the Inquisitor boxed set.

I love it. The darker flesh tones (as well as the huge bulk of the model) remind me of Morpheus. The highlighting on the robes, the worn look of the hammer and the used-looking golden armour all make this fantastic.

MagickalMemories - thanks for your comments! - the bid price is actually for the entire Inquisitor Boxed Set (5minis and 2 servo skulls!) - therefore I think it's worth it! pjiotr - believe me, in real life it has a lovely glow to it! - the metallics make it stand out nicely! - thanks for commenting! villekemu - actually, you just spotted the last thing I needed to finish on the mini - well done! - this has since been painted bone colours. Thanks for commenting!
