While the score might imply that there are some problems with this there are some good things as well that should be noted. Like Airhead I like the effect on the green cloth. I also think the legs of the horse is well painted. What you should do is try to restrict your colours scheme more and get a feel for the particular army you are painting. When doing vampires think grim and dark and not pastel... and it looks a bit like the horse is shooting fire with his arse. You can find plenty of inspirations for colours on this site. I like the effect you got on the green cloth on the horse, but it is reversed. Glue some sand or something to the base to hide the slotta. The rest will come from practice.
