I agree with Sukigod, this should rate a little higher than it is right now. In addition to Suki's advice, I'd say a matte finish would probably look a little better, too. Right now he looks like he's got a thin sheen of slime covering him. All in all, though, a very acceptable piece for use in the game.
I think this one's a little underrated here. Definately tabletop standard. I've seen less work, more often, at my FLGS. Paint's pretty much inside the lines and the wash does bring out the details. Now just start with a little darker green and do one highlight and your score will go up. Good job!
