Please note that this is my first miniature I have ever painted. The finish as shown on the back view is more accurate to the actual model the gloss showing on the front view is mainly due to camera flash. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.
Hi there! I would try a couple of things. Check out the articles section and look up the article on speed painting orcs. The guy who did it has a great recipe for painting Orc skin that isn't too time consuming. Also I would look into sealing your fig with a matte sealer over top of the gloss you've used. It will have a much better look. The armor looks nice, and I think you've got a good grip on doing battle damage, and the black lining is well done. Keep it up, a greta effort fro a first timer. Check out the articles and the forums, they're great for advice from painters who are WAY better than myself.
