Hey Legion very nice! Compared to what you've done before you can see the improvements on this mini. You should be pleased with yourself! Now that you've tried the white highlight thing we need to get you trying to blend up to the highlight a bit more. I know you were going for shiny on this model and I think you achieved it fairly well for a first attempt at it. I still have problems with conveying a surface is shiny.
Anyway, keep plugging away at painting! You're doing well!
A very good base, and you clearly are making an effort to kick the highlights up a bit. But keep in mind that unless her pants and boots are BOTH glossy leather (kinky!) they probably wouldn't reflect light that well. Slight variations in highlighting intensity can really give the convincing appearance of different materials.
