i have taken a better picture of this so have re submitted it. This mini was painted for two different things at once. One was a challenge on 40k forums to paint a mini using only six colours (black,white, blood red, ultramarines blue, golden yellow and boltgun metal) no others or inks washes etc (unless mixed from those 6 colours). the other thing it is for is a comp on our WAMP group, this months theme being 'an ogres life'. I had no ogre, no time and no money so i used a head from the warhammer giant set to be my ogre, my entry would be 'an ogres life...is over!!' I have painted a mini just in blue before but this was much harder (as i was after several colours not just blue!!) especially the armour. I tried to get a dead look on the ogre and had some great fun using funny colour combinations!! cheers, Brett
