Great job on the graphic for the cape. I can't give you better than a 7 because in MHO it's too bright, and with the highlighting being so bright everywhere else, it make the cape/cloak look out of place. Great technique, just not a good scheme/layout. Not to me anyway.

The base, hair (or whatever it is...) and cape are wonderful! The metallics are a little bit too shiny for my taste. Very good job!
