first custom piece, his ccw and storm bolter arm are from a grey knight, the cloak is all green stuff, and that servo skull is also custom from random space marine parts. havent painted it yet, but was wondering what you guys thought of it first

Commenting purely on the conversion, of course (because I actually read the description), I think it's pretty good in principle. However, the combination of the arms akimbo and stepping foot does give him a bit of a "line-dancing" look. I recommend swapping the skull for something more substantial and giving him a slight forward incline to convey motion and weight more effectively (a skull under a marine foot would go "pop!").

Trouble Maker
A little tipp for the future. If you want to paint a mini that has been painted before take off the colour first and stard with a fresh basecoat. Looks much better and you dont loose as much details. Btw. I have seen much worse conversions
