A little underrated, I think. For a first go the NMM works quite well in places (the breastplate, the hammer on top of the standart) and you've added some quite nice details. But some of the choices you made seem a little strange to me (should Death really have what looks like peacock feathers?) and you can still improve on your blendings and the overall level of detail and add more contrast an dhighlights (the skin of the horse is pretty bland, for example; I can't see much of the rider's face, but he might profit from more extreme highlights).
