He appears to be missing something. I realize this is a WIP and as a WIP it should be posted in the Forum on the WIP board. That's the best place to find feedback, not submitting this for voting. That being said, the reds need another layer of highlight. The wax for the purity seals needs to be a different colour then the armour (I suggest green), the Face is Excellent as are the Mechanicus symbols. I gave a 4 not for your job so far, but because this mini doesn't belong on a tabletop yet. When done this could easily be an 8 or 9.
loving it.. Try some very very thineed dark Angels Green to deepen the shadows in areas on the red and use a touch of elf flesh and space wolves grey to pck some of the brightest spots.
Someone who works around machinery could maybe benefit from a little oil and grease dirtying??
