Though the mini looks better in real life then in de picture, I agree with KERPAINT. I don't no if it's your intention, but now the back of Harry stands out. I can see that the details at the front of Harry are highlighted. Try to exaggerate it a bit more.
The shield it's good, very nice effect in the skull (blue light). But the rest of the miniature does not say a thing. You should try to differenciate some parts, like the head or the hammer, if not the miniature has no life (it's all painted in the same red and the gound is covered with eskeletons of the same colour!). Despite of this: nice job!
