as Doyi, and try to make metal parts in a different way - paint them black, then heavily drybrush with boltgun metal, and finally lightly drybrush with chainmail. mithril silver is too bright to drybrush with, but if you have a little time to spare you could paint thin lines of it on the very edges of armour, spearheads and the like. keep painting!
6.5 - 7 because it is underrated.
Very clean Paintjob on the clothes, a bit worried about the shield , if this should be an highlight its definitly wrong and paint their eyes! Just a black line and 2 white dots , use a 0000 brush and youll see how easy it is to get good instant eyes!
Whole army must look great , just improve detail work and shading (a bit).
