good solid start, as Don said thin your paints down will help a lot, your paint seems neat enough. the best tips i can give you is keep practicing and read the articles on this site and use the forums to ask questions
Good start but your paint is far too thick.
Water it down. 1:1 paint to water is a good start (maybe more, just try around). If you put so much water into your paint, that the surface tension is broken you have overdone it.
