This is my first unit i painted, i know its not mutch for you guys,but i just wanted to know if you think its oke for a beginner.

as subruz said, the next step is to try highlighting. There are a numbre of sites which deal with how to do this, including this one, so i wont give any details, just try either drybrushing, ink washes or layering. Another thing which greatly increases how people see your model is by doing a base: coat the top in PVA, dip in a tray of sand, and paint after the glue is dry (not before!!). it gets a 7/10 for first model, and a 4.5/10 for CMONl standard. Keep it up, get better
