This was one of the first minis I did with acrylics. I'm not too unhappy with the way the front cloth drape turned out, though I don't like the colors I chose as well as I thought I would. Still, she's not too bad.
Awsome job on the skin tones and tabard. A quick hit with black ink might be able to bring out the stockings, and maybe some chainmail highlighting could do something extra for the shoulderpad. The greaves look good, i'm not hot on the sculpt of the knife, but it looks good. Her chest plate could use some cleaning up as well. Maybe another highlight on the gold to make it stand out more too. Don't mean to come off harsh, just wanna help! ^_^
This is an excellent paint job. I really like the drow skin color. I was not able to do this with my witch elves. I had similar problems trying to paint the stockings. I tried to make my witch elf look like an elf quest type character with brighter colors. Nice shading and highlighting with good blending of the blues.
I think it looks good except for one thing. Her stockings look reall odd. I've never painted this model but I can imagine there's someone out there who could tell you how to make 'em look better.
