Zombie Ray / Shaun
This was an entry info Wyrds Rotten Harvest III. It's Hasslefrees Ray as a zombie and I decided on painting him up as his inspiration Shaun from Shaun of the Dead as if he didn't manage to rescue Liz and make it to the Winchester. This was my first use of the renowned Tamiya clear red and black mix for the blood which I'm liking a lot. Even so I didn't want to go too overboard with the gore. I also tried to capture the greying flesh from the film. The base is one of the Fenris inserts together with a converted road sign also from them. He was also really good fun to paint, probably helped with having to watch the movie a couple of times for "research" purposes :-) Comments are appreciated.
