Princess Bellefleur to the Rescue!
Here's a diorama I made for a competition entry. It depicts a Bretonnian Princess, called Bellefleur, who also happens to be the Duchess of Brionne (that's her standard bearer in the background). She and a few of her Men at Arms, by sheer luck, come to the rescue of a peasant woman who has fallen victim to an opportunistic Beastman raid on a small isolated community in a Bretonnian forest. Unfortunately, one of Bellefleur's Men at Arms has been speared in the back by a Beasman Gor, for which the Princess has removed the Gor's head and part of his left arm with one mighty sweep of her sword, before going on to valiantly attack the Beastman Minotaur. The miniatures come from a variety of manufactures: the Standard Bearer and Beatsmen are from Games Workshop; the two Men at Arms are from Mirliton SG with polearms from Thuderbolt Mountain; Princess Bellefleur is a converted "Dynamic Tiriel" from Hasslefree Miniatures with a Great Helm from Mirliton SG; and the Man at Arms casualty is from Perry Miniatures with a sword from Thunderbolt Mountain. The two medieval houses are from eBob miniatures.
