Eldar Wraithlord

This is my Wraithlord from the Cravic Craftworld, my own little invention..... It's always nice to be inventive! I find GW armies tend to be black with a bit of colour painted on them. I go the other way with bright armies (eg Imperial Fists). The Cravic Craftworld armies' main shade is a 50/50 mix of Hawk Turquoise and Jade Green, but in fact comes out slightly darker than the photo. Helmets are black with stars dotted over them, with red-to-yellow blending for the visors. The weapons have a fun twist being flourescent red, which really makes them stand out. Jems were difficult. Blue didn't stand out enough, red looked too dim, but Blazing Orange seemed perfect. Hope you like them...... always eager to hear comments. Cheers Starscream

I like it, the colour scheme is cool (and IMO GW 'ones aren't dark/black) and the painting work is neat and subtle. The only thing I don't agree with is the sword, you should ahve find sthg different (maybe a red shcemme as other weapons)

Looks good. Instead of painting your stars individually like that, try a toothbrush. Dip the bristles in thin white paint, then bend then back with your thumb and let fly. Practice on something first though.
