i agree with orkz about looking like a woodelf but i love the dark elf skin tones.they would really effective if you painted the mini in more of a dark elf theme.
I don't know if it's the lighting, but the skintone doesn't look dark enough for a dark elf. Still, a good start. Perhaps if you thinned your highlighting paints a bit, the leves might lok better.
