I'm really glad that I'm looking through your painted minis gallery. So much cool stuff! This marine looks beautiful. The black shading on the silver is great. And again, brilliant gem stone. My only minor suggestion (and maybe it's just the photo) is that you gloss/varnish the gem stone to give it that extra shine.
