For a first ork, I'd say that's pretty good! Remember though: ork skin should not be painted the same way as human skin, IMO. make sure to thin down you paints a little bit, at least. The simplest way to do so I know of is to get your brush moist, then take paint directly from the pot. also, if your paint starts to get rather jellyish, put a bit of water in the pot. The eyes are actually painted in the wrong places. you actually painted the eyelid there! If you look closely, you will see that tucked inside the brow ridge, is the eye. I like how you tried NMM on the blade of the knife, at least, I think it's supposed to be NMM.
