It's a bit hard to see the front from the two bottom pics, but if you replaced the left claw with the dreadnaught arm like I think you did, then I commend you on your originality. :) I always thought those things looked more flimsy than menacing.
Very nice painted, but what i really like is this type of conversion, excellent. I love it.
Perhaps you should style your base, but that needs another point of view. Perhaps more comments ^^
