I have a problem with her lips or is she realy wearing red lipstick? Ok, when painting lips try to stay with a little bit of skin colour so mix a little bit red with her skin colour (dwarf flesh or bronze flesh) so you have a little darker lips and more realistic and when i'm painting lips i always paint the upper lip with a lighter tone then the under lip. Try also what shading on the skin with dark flesh (gw) mix with dwarf flesh (gw) and then highlight the high parts of the body with elf flesh (gw), I think that you now can go of and improve your painting skill to the next lvl.
