"Belegast" the Blood-thirsty, by Red Box Games
I love this mini! This is a great sculpt, and a very painter-friendly sculpt as well. There was virtually no flashing or mould lines, and not a one "random" detail...you know...the ones you can't tell what it is. This is one of the first miniatures produced by Red Box Games, sculpted (and founded) by Tre Manor. http://red-box-games.com/shop/ Anyhow, I went for a cold theme, with lots of blues, and purples. The shield was a decision I made to "pop" the back side of the mini. The turquoise is actually glazed in all the skin tones, metals, fur, and armor as well. Those subtle nuances don't capture as well in a pic, but it really ties the mini together. This was a fun mini to paint, and I encourage you to get your hands on one!
