Belial, Master of the Deathwing
Since Belial is now mandatory in Deathing, I had to abandon the Librarian conversion I love so much (#111418) and convert up this guy. Lightning claws are probably the best config for him gamewise, and for some reason I can just imagine Belial standing heroically posed on some rocks, palms forward at his sides, chest out and chin up, a halo above him and light shining from behind him. Like something from an Imperial propaganda poster. I hope I've done a decent job at representing this image! I had to finish this in time for a tournament, so the modelling isnt all that I was hoping for, and the painting is a bit of a rush-job in the couple of days beforehand (and I think this shows). As for the conversion itself, all plastic parts, halo is from plasticard, limbs have been reposed and extended, as has the rest of the body. ProCreate was used for all sculpting and gapfilling (except for GS press-moulds on the shins).
