I tried my best to find the original place where I found my little minions but I am fairly sure that it was an old Ral Partha AD&D package. Everything else is from scratch.
Cool diorama! Those are Dretch from the Planescape line of Ral Parha miniatures. 4 miniatures came in this blister, these plus a "tower" of 3 Dretch standing on each other's shoulders. Nice work.
