This is my entry for round one of Iron Painter 6 over at Wyrd minis, the theme for the round was "The colour purple", so I went with purple elements, and a Lovecraftian theme, as his prose was decidedly purple. The miniature is from Hasslefree, but with resculpted clothing, and the base is scratchbuilt and sculpted on one of Dragonforgedesigns excellent wooden plinths. I like this! Great Concept and scratch building. Great job on the clothing too. My only critique is in my opinion the tentacles shouldn't match the dress.. I think they would have looked better in a yellowy green to contrast the purple. That just my 2cents though.. Fantastic Job!

Realy cool stuff ! The scenetic, the transformation... Maybe the ambiant and ligth should be more dark... It's this kind of mini I hope to see next week, at Painting Crusade (bdow.be/paintingcrusade)
