I have to say it looks pretty good overall.
The chestpiece could use another wash, it shows very little detail. The leg-ornament looks way better.
I'd widen the holes on the stormbolter, or at least fill them with black.
The thing that really bothers me though is the head. It looks like it's just painted white, with no washing or shading at all. That could be the picture, but I think some extra work there would push your avarage score way up.
Add some more depth (especially to the white areas) with blacklining. This will surely increase your score. Lenses can be imprioved- search for tutorials. Good start with highlighting the edges
