OK. Well, to start with, why is the paint so glossy? It is a bit off putting in my opinion. Maybe it is just the photo. There is really too many things that can be improved, but first and foremost I would say that the paint needs to be THIN. About 1 part paint to 2-5 parts paint. Seconds, you will find that the application of GW washes and inks will do a lot to improve it. Finally, the miniature itself (as in the sculpt) is pretty crap, but that isn't your fault of course! On the bright side, you have got the paint in the right places, so just keep practicing, and, with this site, you will get better quickly!
