Tiriel in Silent Reflection

Hello again, having got through to the second round with my "Behind you!" piece, this is my round two piece for Iron Painter. I chose Tiriel as the theme was metallics and she is almost completely armoured. It was interesting to try to paint metals to competition standards, and I ended up mainly glazing a basecoat of boltgun metal with scorched brown and chaos black, only highlighting the very brighest spots. Wow, very nice job on the armour. The base's swampy water is a nice touch to the overall piece.

The photography seems to have bleached out the light and (mostly) the dark shades. It's all looking good;) Super smooth.
