This was another "minor conversion" where the mega armoured ork's head was replaced by a modified fantasy goblin head with a greenstuff neck. The head had its "top knot" sliced off and half the face sanded down and then got the back quarter of a set of Imperial Guard binoculars attached as a cyber eye

You need to finish the base, a nice base will make it look 10 times better! Also, I'd recommend perhaps a slight black ink wash over the metal parts to help refine the detail? The metal is a little plain. Good work on the highlighting of the blue areas!
