I support the light colored beard! According to the D&D Player's Handbook, gnomes have fair hair.

I know he's a fantasy character n all. He looks odd to me because of the beard. In humans, beards are almost always darker than the hair colour. Blonde men have dark brown beards usually. Perhaps this is a bleached dwarf...
