There are some good skills displayed here- I like the skeletal looking hand, you've chosen a good colour scheme and you've done well to paint those tiny eyes!
I think to generally improve, trimming mold lines before undercoating and slightly thinning your paints would help :-)
To improve this little guy, I think a small clump of grass on the base would really finish the model off nicely!
But overall good job, keep painting! ♥
