This was from Baltimore GD '07. One of the nicer LoTR sculpts GW did that year, and certainly the best from the White Council box. At least I think so! :)
I think this getting scored low for what you've got here.
Harmonious color scheme with nice and shiny contrasty gold, sweet blends on the nmm on his sword especially along with simple and tasteful freehand on the cloak.
Skin looks great as well with deep shading and character. A 9 from me.
