Not bad at all. There are a few places that could use a bit of work. One that sticks out right off the bat is it may help your mini if you would darkline where one "material" meets another. Such as where her clothing meets the skin, where her hair touches her face etc. The base is pretty good, It could use a few highlights... like on the gray rock. The front of the sword looks really neat, but the back sorta looks like it didn't have as much attention as the front did. If the cork board is part of the base you may want to put some paint on the next ones you do so it seems like part of the mini. Overall though not bad really. A few of the colors you got in there are very interesting to me.
