It looks like a very clean paintjob on the wolfman/shows good brush control. I think it could use some more highlighting and a few more shades of shadow though. On some minis leaving the static grass as it came out of the pack looks ok, but something is off with your grass or base. ....
I believe if you put a little bit of "dirt" under the grass it would look more natural and not so much like grass is growing from rock.... and if you paint your grass it would add some pigment sorta bringing it to the mini instead of looking like two separate pieces. Again though, it looks like a really clean paint job on the wolf.
