My converted Hive Tyrant...its one of the oldschool models, with the old style Carnifex type arms, that I sculpted with putty.....I didn't get the lighting quite right on this one either
Hey, thanks for the help :D I had to do something with it....I hated the old lash whip and gun thingie that came with the old model. I used a web cam to take the pic, so that's why it looks horrible. I'll get some better pics and post them soon. Also gotta give you kudos over at nvstudios for your message boards...gotta love 'em. Good luck with dropping GW, I hope everything comes out ok

My gripe against this model isn't the blades themselves - in fact for being novice level putty work they're fine. The problem is that the model just doesn't have the look of strength I'd expect from someone who was armed like that. Plus, all four arms are basically doing the same thing, so it's not very dynamic. A better picture could help too ... looks like our old camera and I know that's not always fixable :)
