Cool, freaky paint job. I really like the wacky ghosting effect. I think you should have totally carried it over to the base - maybe do a reflected light off objects or something to give more of an effect of the light shining out of her.

very good idea. The inner-glowing effect really fits and i'm sure i will use it to on my version of galadriel. ^^
