Hey! Good clean lines on the minis and it looks like a pretty steady hand on your banner.
Heres a couple of thoughts: after painting, try a wash of ink or thinned paint, then highlight the cloth and skin. I think it might really bring your minis up a notch.
I'd like to see you work the bases up a bit more. I think it looks like they are standing on black dirt or something deep in a cave, which is cool, but try dry brusing the tops of the soil mix, or add some bits of small rock, etc. on it. That might be pretty cool.
