This is by no means a 2. If thats what the last poster rated I will redeem it with a 10 making it a 6 in total.
Try to thin your paints a bit using more layers. Especially on the hands the undercoat shines through. Maybe try the foundation paints to cover up a dark undercoat. If you apply white directly to black you need at least 6-7 thin layers to cover it
