It seems like you don't really have a lot of selection of paints. You can always mix paint to get different shades of the same colour but it's useful to buy different paints. So far it looks like you just slapped on a bunch of paints. Go to your local GW store for a painting lesson, or search up on painting tutorials. instead of using 1 thick coats, use many many thin coats, water the paint down, and as many coats as possible. Start with a dark tone of the colour you want, and built it up to the lighter tone that you desire. It will take time. But if you really want to be a good painter, focus on one figure at a time, and just have patience. One more tip, choose a chapter that's dark, it's easier to work with darker scheme for beginners. For example, black templar, just focus on mastering the details. As you get better then move on to the lighter tone chapters. as of now Your stuff are pretty ugly man! I hope that helps.
Drop the dirty yellow look. Its just not working. It looks like in a lot of little places the paint has come off or didn't stay. Space Marines look good a little battle worn but their still supposed to have a little splendor about them. If you want to go with the dirty look put down a base coat of white where you're going to paint yellow, total white, and make sure it is smooth. Then put down the yellow. And if you want to make it look a little dirty get some brown washes or ink and apply just a little. Yellow is a tough color to paint with. Or the easiest thing to do would be to get some of that yellow foundation paint, I've not tried it myself but its supposed to let you paint yellow straight up on to a model. I suggest you try both. And try just yellow without the wash.
