My third ever model thought id try out a load of different stuff on it painting technique wise . The nmm didnt turn out too great and tried to do a load of layer blending.. lol not based or aything yet..

6.5 I think. If this is only your third model ever, then it is simply amazing. If I had even known what NMM was when I was painting my third model, then I think I would be a lot better than I am now.. Anyway, great attemp with the shield and all, but it looks over done. With the shield, I don't think the blue and white works.... Perhaps try more conventional grey/white? The insigniass on the shoulder pads look great, as does hthe helmet. The bolter looks a bit strange with the glowing yellow/orange tip, but that is personal taste. The silver pendent looks great, so keep doing that! Overal, it is a very good 'test' model, but you will need to keep practicing those techniques!
