Please try to get accustomed with your camera, especially with the focus-option. If you are using a fixed spot and also the "center"-spot focus you'll improve your pictures. Try to pre-focus, then take a shot. No one is keen on seeing your fingertips as blurry photos as well. You'll progress soon.
