Vladimir Tzepesci

So while I've never been a huge fan of the classic Vlad sculpt for Warmachine, I finally decided to try my hand at it to see what I could do. I'm fairly happy with the results, even though he was painted very quickly to get him done for a tournament this weekend. Comments, advice, and observations are always welcome and encouraged!

Dunkle Zeiten
Yes a very fine defined work. I like most the sword's colour joint between the normal silver and the "whatever energetic something" - the white, not too much. As it has to be. Also the reflection in the swords inner haft looks great and at the correct scale. The reddish and the tone gradation is awesome, i am looking fore something alike for my devourers without using "inks". May i ask how you did it? Having a dark colour sceme, it's sometimes hard to find a second, harmonic or disharmonic colour. I like the shadings of the cloak, but it won't fit in the entire sceme in total. Greetinx and lots of fun.
