Three things:
1 the join at the neck needs puddy or something.
2 The barding on the front, where it meets his stomach, looks like its painted horseflesh.
3. the lower cape looks like a bunch of green ink pooled there an dried, go over it again with the base colour leaving the dark only in the fold.
